Can I return my oak frame kit if I change my mind?
Once your drawings have been signed off and manufacturing has commenced, returns are no longer possible due to the bespoke nature of the kits. Before signing off on your drawings, ensure all details meet your requirements.
What if my kit arrives damaged?
All components are thoroughly inspected before delivery to minimise the risk of damage. If any part of your kit arrives damaged, contact us immediately so replacements or repairs can be arranged.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at no charge prior to the approval of the final drawings. Once drawings are signed off and manufacturing begins, cancellations are no longer possible and charges will apply.
