Our delivery process is designed to be seamless and stress-free, with clear pricing and logistics tailored to your location.

When you place your order, our system automatically determines your delivery zone based on the postcode entered at checkout. This ensures that the correct delivery charge is applied and provides you with transparency from the start.

We’ve divided the UK into six delivery zones. Your zone is automatically selected during checkout based on your postcode, and the delivery charge is added to your order total.

  • Blue Zone (Including London): FREE DELIVERY

    • Manufacturing will begin only after the final drawings are reviewed, approved, and signed off by you.

  2. Manufacturing and Preparation

    • Your oak frame kit is expertly crafted at our facility using premium-grade oak.

    • Each component is pre-measured, cut, and labeled for easy assembly onsite.

    • The kit is then thoroughly inspected and securely packaged, ready for transport.

  3. Delivery Vehicle

    • Your order will be transported on a HI-AB lorry, equipped with an onboard crane. This ensures efficient unloading and precise placement of your kit at your property.

  4. Access Requirements

    • If your property has access restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, low bridges, or weight limits), it’s essential to inform us during the order process. This allows us to plan appropriately and arrange alternative solutions if needed.

  5. Notification

    • You will receive a confirmation of your delivery date and time in advance, allowing you to prepare for the arrival of your kit.

  6. Optional Installation Assistance

    • Our HI-AB lorry can remain onsite to assist with the erection of your oak frame kit if required. Contact us for a tailored installation price based on your specific needs.

  • Site Preparation

  • Changing Delivery Address
    If the delivery address changes after your order is placed, notify us immediately. Additional charges may apply if the new address is in a different delivery zone.
